Short of trying various test lines from different suppliers I can not see any way to do this,
the possibility that a line supplier will respond to a request to find out which version of CCcam he is using I think will be very small unfortunately.

sometimes if you install uncompatible software, your box will crash and reboot, try a different image.

Both of the receivers have closed source firmware.
They are non linux based, so you can't try different images.

Moreover, I believe that it's not firmware bug, because all lines would have problem.

Maybe, you find a solution with a different version of cccam if this is possible to change in your receivers.
