    I have a Tecnomate 1702 super can i upgrade and have all channels if i dont have INTERNET ?????

          but you can't see channels without internet
          (if you mean the free clines or premium lines)
          well yes you can but its very limited trough softcam.cfg and constant.cw
          or what else your stb use
