    USB speed transfer going low

    Hi guys,
    I use to inject some series to a USB flash drive from my pc to the flash Drive who is plugged into the STB.
    Usualy , the rate of trasnfer goes by 22 Mbps... now it's 3Mbps...

    It's like if the STB was now a USB 1.0 instead of 2.0.
    It made me that after install the latest version of OpenPli.
    Is there a configuration to get it back as before ?

      Did you try with a different USB key....
      Just to be sure the problem is not in the KEY.

          Load a short hd film on to the flash drive from the pc and watch it on the pc if it plays ok your box is most likely the problem,
          Reload the old image and see if it is ok with the old image.

              I did try also the hard drive, it's the same situation.

              I took the Flash Drive to my PC and then it write at USB 2.0 speed, so the problem is really the STB but i don't understand where to correct it.

                  Try to mount the usb stick again in different way from the "mounting manager".

                  What is the format of the usb?
                  Ntfs of fat32?

                  If your are soure that your usb stick is OK, then the problem is on the box.

                  Maybe is just a bug of the image that you have flashed.
                  I suggest you to open a thread in openpli forum in order to solve your problem.

                      I did try reboot , plug another usb flash drives etc... but not yet another ways in mouinting manager... i'll try it.

                      Hard disk is EXT4 320GB and Flash drive is NTFS 32GB, they allways worked at a nice speed of reading/writing.

                      About playing a movie HD 1080P from the STB to the PC thru Ethernet... some delay to start, then sometimes a little buffering, i guess that it happens as the speed is at the limit.
                      Before i could read a BRRIP of 8GB without any problem. I did ofthen play from the STB to the pc just for check if the SRT ( subtitles ) are ok, now i do that on PC before transfer 8GB during almost 1hour...

                      I'll come back for say if the mounting manager solve something.
