advice running cccam on pc

hey

i got my dad a skybox f5 recently i really liked it.

well i prefer to have things on my pc i have the pc plugged into my uhd tv i dont like set top boxes and stuff like that.


i would like to get a usb or pci-e tuner card that i can run cccams on.


i would like some advice on which card i should buy i dont have much money so if someone could tell me the cheapest one that is known to work on windows 7.


and are they usable?
