You might also try swopping the Lnb's around just in case there might be some problem there.

Hi Paul, read your post but looks to me as if your problem is slightly different to mine as I'm not able to view any channels on tp 11332h

Hi Mobley, I do have a dect phone but I disconnected it and it made no difference. There are no kinks or sharp bends in the cable and I have duct tape wrapped around the lnb plugs. I know that the snr value is the important one but on all the tps (V+H) around 11332h the snr is around 63%. As I said I'll try altering the skew to see if that helps....thanks

    Hi!
Just checked that tp and all works fine.

Don't know what to do and nobody answered

It's centred on hotbird, but as I said my agc on the other 19.2 tps is 88%. I'll try adjusting the skew on the lnb to see if that makes a difference.....many thanks for the advice.

    Re: Tune failed...

As I already said, this is a strong transporter and sounds me very curious that you can't receive it.
I receive it with 100% signal with a 100cm dish.

On th other hand, your 80cm dish is the minimum for a good reception on Astra 19E depending of course the place you live.

As you said, you have hotbird and astra on your dish.
Which lnb is in the center?

If you have entered the hotbird, maybe this transporter is coming weak in your place and you can't get it correctly because of the lost of multifeed lnb reception.

Another explanation is a not correct skew of lnb or maybe the dish has lost its align from the strong winds.
In this case, you have to realign it.

Hi..yeah it's an hd stb. As I said all the other tps are fine. I'll try re-scanning 19.2 and see if that helps. Update:- re-scanned 19.2 and found over 1400 channels but nothing on that tp. I did a manual scan on it and found 12 channels but when I select one of them it either says tune failed or the picture breaks up really badly and the agc flicks between 88% and 0%. I'm loathed to move my dish or adjust the lnb skew for fear of fecking up some other tps. I just can't fathom why it's just this one tp

    Hello

I checked the transporter you said above and works without any problem.

The Astra 1KR 11332.25 H 22000 3/4 , is a very strong transporter and you should have signal from it even with multifeed lnb not centered on the dish.

The transporter contains only HD channels that I believe your box can handle. Isn't it?

    hi

sorry, I don't know the tm's -> nothing in the operator's manual? - or in the menu's (something like channel edit - change/delete transponder??)?

and: just checked: this tp is working fine here.

I tried 11331 and 11333 and still finding nothing with scan. Do you know how delete a single transponder on a tm 2t?
