Premium Servers

Can someone sort this out the lines have been down for 2 days and are not working again today.
I have been a Premium user for some considerable time my name is not in blue so I cannot access the Premium forum.
If I try, I get a message "You do not have permission to access this page" it has been like this for a long time, reading the Shout section I am not the only one with these problems.

I too am a member of over two years and also cannot access the page and a little note as to when the servers will be back would be nice. Perhaps Mr Satlover is a victim of his own success and is overloaded.

as long as your nick is black (and not blue) you are not a Premium Member,
therefore no access to the blue=premium section.

We all have to wait until our file administrator (Satlover) fixes the "problem"
and validates the rank premium or normal user

only premium members (nickname in light blue) can access premium section. As long your name isnqt in light blue your not premium, something must be wrong with your subscription or maybe problem with technique used to change your nickname in premium member color, as you say you are premium as some other persons. Anyway when servers are down there is no connection for nobody connected to that server. It can happen that some port works and other not. We can only wait till server problem is solved.The only person that can help you is satlover.

I do not know why my nickname is not blue, but blak; I have never raised the issue
but I assure you that I have subscribed for more than a year
as well as my father
satlover in the past had the good habit of replying to messages, but not any more

we do not doubt in your words, vainini1, but all of us (except Satlover) do not have access to the "Pay List"

this folder exists only on Satlovers private server,
therefore it is no ignorance when you get no help/support by the rest of the staff

I also have the same problems. Premium server with no acces to premium members area (nick no blue). Several pm to satlover in different days with no reply.

Same problem for me too... Until October (2013) I have blue name. But I stayed in satlover's service My latest 3 month payment were 11 March. But now my name is not seems blue...

Also as everybody knew Premium servers not work from monday night...
We hope satlover solve problems. sooner than later...

I don`t know,but since Mr satlover make the new payment system for Premium server my Nick are not blue.Before the changes my nick was blue.you can see this,because for month i make some posts in Premium room. I`m Premium from the beginning and i payed every month

I made an ticket on the site where I do the payments. (world wide computer sale)
Anybody else did?

Ticket is still open, no reply

I think the Satlover Forums and the Satlover Premium Server are not connected with each other anymore, or ?
I'm also no longer verified as premium member here.

Same problem to me. I have two years without any problem. Now im blackout. I send a pm to satlover and the same in the other side and i have no response
