Hi everyone,

Is there any tutorial or guide on how to compile a package for enigma2 images?!
lets say if I succeeded to make it work on DM600s would that mean it will work on any enigma2 image, regardless of what receiver it is on?

what kind of package are you talking about
plugins or bouquet =channels

Generally, there are many differences between the receivers as well as the images.
In many cases , you can't use a package from a different receiver and probably you will get green screen.

The same is for different images.
Each team has different libraries and even different structure in the image.

What package do you want to use?

I would like to create a plugins. Basically I want to learn how are the plugins are made (put together). I am not very buy workwise at the moment and Xmas coming up, I am going to have lots of time on my hand. So I thought it would be nice to set myself a project and learn something new. I have OpenPLI on Xtrend ET4000.

I have been on that site lots of time, that where I got Openpli for my receiver, how did I not find that page?!!! Thanks anyway

What I am trying to do is to see if I can create a addons for Glwiz (Persian channels) for a friend.
You can install Glwiz on Xbmc, apple and android devices.
He lives in a block where they have a communal dish 28.2 degree. All channels that you can get by using glwiz are broadcasted on hotbird, so I am thinking if I could make addons or somehow use the xbmc addons on his receiver, he will be able to use his receiver to watch these channels.
