Hello mate

If you want HD Picons, you can just go to download plugins - picons by using either the links of your image or by using ts-panel , trr plugin etc , and download any picon you want for the satellites you have.
You will find many different icons that can suit you preferences.
You can save them on your HDD or a usb stick.

What do you mean?
All the picons are coming from the web (the feeds) .... where a team is working for many hours to create them, and not from a user.

I don't think that a simple user can spend some hours in order to create the picons and then to assign them to each service reference.

It's a very hard work and only few people can do.
The most of users like to take them ready from the feeds.
