Wow what a great site that is I have never come across that its a new one to me. Just added it to my bookmarks

Looking at the footprint it shows the uk in the footprint. it does not show 7w any were near the uk in the footprint however I can pick up 200-450 chanels from this sat depending on the time of day.

What does this mean. I have a 1m dish. My mate has a 1.8m dish in storage I am trying to get him to bring it round he also has a card for it too.

      Thanks Coley

        Re: Jsc 3.0°e

JSC have stopped transmitting on 3E.

Are you sure the channels you are picking up are all on 7W?
8W is very close, and if you scan 7W, you will pick up that sat as well.

          hi coley65

I agree with @sataday: most probably you're getting channels of 8W instead of 7W. To be sure: compare the ones you have with those mentioned on king of sats or lyngsat.

I think you should be able to get 3E in your location, I used to be able to get it on my 1Mtr dish in Dublin, unfortunately I am unable to get it now due to dish being off and needs to be reset. If memory serves I could pick up about 3 or 4 channels and 1 of them was a JSC feed.

            Regards Mobley 3

Everything that is on 3E in regard to JSC you can get on 13E anyway.

                hi DirtyDonki

true, but no EPL-games on that sats anymore - therefore 26E or 7W needed ...

So they are no longer on 3 east then
Defo picking up 7w I can not get a sniff of the jsc sports channels though
200 in day and 450 max the 450 only if conditions are right and pic break up. Loads of fta stuff over there.

I am using an old 1m orbital dish and a inverto black premium

coley. I also can get about 350 channels on 7W, but only once, about 2 weeks ago, at night, was I able to lock on JSC sports 1-4HD.
I have the same set up as you, and a similar location.

Some people can, with a decent dish, 1m or more and a good LNB.
Although the further north you are the harder it is.
I am talking about Eutelsat 7WA, not Nilesat.

dear coley65 your question had a perfect timing

jazeera package seems to have left this satellite so even if it is possible i am afraid will be in vain regarding sports channels

keep in mind that 7 west is highly demanding on sat diameter even on south europe especially hd channels of al jazeera so i suppose it must be even more difficult for northern parts of europe

7w is hopeless on a smaller dish but work well on a prime focus, due to they being so near other providers. However in GIB we pick up 7W well on a 1.0m dish
