Hi mate

Vu+duo2 has lcd screen, a gb of extra memory, you can add more tuners, wifi and 200€ more in price.
I think that it's price is very high for a sat receiver, so I would suggest you the Vu+solo2.

duo2 has pluggable tuners allowing up to 4 tuners and a large lcd screen.
Also has 2gb of ram vs 1 gb in the solo2 and 1gb of flash vs 256 mb.

You can also have a look at the ultimo. Not the same hardware but pretty good and versatile (3 slots for tuner).

Vu+ solo2 is a lovely bit of kit and tuners are slightly more sensitive than the duo.
Well worth the extra money.
