Re: two sats one reciever
I would like for you to pay attention to the names "Duo LNB" and "Dual LNB".
The Duo LNB is a monoblock type LNB designed for accessing two satellite positions with a single dish and it should not be confused with a "Dual LNB", which is the common (US) name for an LNB with a single feedhorn but two separate outputs.
A double LNB called just a "Monoblock" will usually be for reception of 19.2° east and 13° east, and not a Duo LNB suitable for Astra 23.5°E and Astra 19.2°E.
So, will have to be very careful when we use these terms in order not to confuse people. If You Like My Post..... Please Press the Thanks ButtonComment

Re: two sats one reciever
In my opinion one receiver with two tuner like Vu solo 2 duo in one you can insert one swich and four lnb and in second tuner can use one motorized sistem than you have quick acces to 5 sat. and if you record somethings one sat and want ro sse another transponder on same sat comes motorized dish and all situation work fine.Comment

Plus he could have the rest of the sky open to him and be future proof.
Keep in mind that a lot of providers are taking measures against cs and we might have to start searching more for our sports, movies and series.
In my opinion a motorised dish is the best option, failing that a 1 metre dish with 5 or 6 sat multi feed.Comment

Re: two sats one reciever
ofcourse it depend to area however use 2 lnb for 1 dish cause low signal for 2 lnb
if you have enough coverage for channels you dont have problem.Comment

Re: two sats one reciever
You can have 13E, 16E, 19E by using slim lnbs which allow them to be placed on 3 degrees.
A normal lnb is about 4-5 degrees (not 6), but a slim lnb is about 2,5-3 degrees.
I have this project on own satellite installation, but I use 19E for center of my dish because is the most difficult of the 3.If You Like My Post..... Please Press the Thanks ButtonComment

Re: two sats one reciever
If the sats are close enough, everyone of them has a good signal - depending on the dish and the sats you have focused. That's for me the optimal solution. If you want to make God laugh, tell him your plans!Comment

Re: two sats one reciever
Anyway you need just one slim lnb to put in the central focus (16°E).
If you have big dish it will be even easier, because the larger the dish, the longer the focal length, the wider the distance between lnbs.Comment
