I would go motorised but you can also have 2 lnbs on the same dish one pointing at 13e
and the other at 19e and diseqc switch to switch between the two.

I have one 1,20m dish and two lnbs (13º and 19º). You can use single or twin lnb (for watch one channel and record another one or for use more than one receiver). Another option is a double lnb for 13º and 19º at the same time.

        regards

The best will be dual LNB , no time for switch between channels if motorised , unless yo uwant to see more than 19 + 13. In Dual LNB's you will need to have more cable, but the confort is pretty nice.

Easy and cheap way: One Dish, 2 lnbs (doesn't matter if each single or double) and a diseqc switch 2in1. All normal sat-receivers support this. The size of the dish depends on where you live.

Two Lnb's, Single or Twin plus a 2way Diseqc switch will do the job nicely. When I was using this arrangement some years ago I aimed the dish at 16E and then set the Lnb's from this.
Both are high power sats so you should not have any problems.

                hi dawbrain

why only 2? I have one of those diseqc 4x1 switches, work excellent (used on Astra 1, 2, 3 and hotbird) - believe it goes up to 8 or even 16 lnbs on 1 dish. On the other hand: perhaps the time of thinking going motorised (= even cheaper in most cases).

have motor but i think his problem lies with the motor.as he only wants 13 and 19 the double lnb and switch is the easy way i think and he has both items sitting there , will have a go .thanks again .

For sure you don't have to use 2 dishes. When they launched 13E, 19E, 23E and other European satellites nobody thought about my country. But they thought about yours. And even in my country it's possible to catch hotbird and astra 19 on a 90cm dish - 13E in focus, 19E on multifeed. On 1,1 m dish it's possible to catch 23E-19E-13E-9E on the same dish, 19E in focus, others on multifeed. I'd recommend 4 lnb and 4 port diseqc switch, it's a most simple setup supported by many receivers and you surely may build it in your country.

Get yourself a twin monoblock lnb for 13e and 19e-
you may get yourself a motorised only if you know how to set up a motorised dish. search though the forum.

                        Hi mate

I suggest you to use 2 different lnbs and a diseqc switch 2x1.
Also you will need a lnb holder.
I don't like twin monoblock lnbs because many receivers have problems with them and they are not so accurate as the different lnbs.
A monoblock lnb can't be adjusted correctly because is fixed and that's why they have worse signal reception.

                          hi,

                          as pan1100 said,

                          i suggest a diseqc 4x1 switches (and 2 separate lnb's)

in place of a diseqc 2x1 (with one lnb block with 2 heads):

as it is evolutive to add a third sat...

use a motor and you will be happy.
If you want in future other sats - no problem.
One sat pointing - better signal.
                            Motor - fun

But motor is a one receiver solution.
                            Please push thanks.

Motor for two satelites is unnesesery, delay is annoying in that matter or hardcore as you like. For more satelites it's realy good solution.

For single dish is better to use two sepperets LNB's + disecq adapter than one Monoblock LNB. You could also use 4 LNB's with one dish and diseqc. For more LNB's on one dish is better to use multifocus antena, eaven 8 to 14 LNB's on 1 dish can be estalished.
