They don't have any advantage regarding to what you are refering.
The picture quality will be the same because the v2 boxes are the same as before.
The only difference is that it's added more memory which makes it faster.

It's a german brand and so chapter11 has no relevance for them.
It's going to be dangerous if they declare "insolvenz".

here is the page:

...and that's means that DM800HDse V2 is an official version of dmm.
