    Hi mate

    You can restore your box to the factory settings through the settings menu.
    With the factory reset you will delete all the settings as well as everything that has been downloaded so far.

      Is it possible to delete channels while keeping installed plugins and cam files?

        Hi,

        1- connect your dreambox on internet
        2- open a web browser and make a connection to your box
        (enter the ip-address in browser) => a dreambox webcontrol will open;
        3- click on extra
        4- on the left menu click on Dreambox bouquetEditor
        => Dreambox bouquetEditor will open
        there you can delete all Bouquets.
        5-For all others channel just select the option
        'delete all channel before you make a new search'.

        To delete all satellite you need to delete satellite.xml (not recommended)
        a better way is to go to the tuner setting and asign no satellite to all tuners.

        Regards
        Clark

          Thanks, but I can't find any of these options. Which image do you use?

          I use the "All satellites 1" option. If I disable and re enable, I get them all again. Am I missing something here?

            Never used a settings editor ?
            Dreamboxedit or Dreamset are both very good alternatives for playing with channel and bouquet lists.
            You can also prepare an empty channel list that, when uploaded, will reset your channel list (ready for a new scan)

                I always upload new (fresh) channel list (setting) and the current is automatically erased after. I have no problem with that.

                    Use Dreamboxedit to upload to your box new settings.
                    Vhannibal settings are very good.
                    If you upload new settings with dreambox, the old will be erase.

                    Also, as @Clark197 said, you can select other satellites with many diseqc and when go back to the satellite you want , everything will be lost.

                      Re: Cleaning channel list on DM 800hd se clone

                      Here's what I did:
                      To remove satellite lists, I selected "not configured" in tuner setup, and then selected "yes to all" to clear all satellites.
                      To remove channels and bouquets, I uploaded an empty channel list using dreamboxedit.
                      Thanks for the help!
