As I understand it the new JSC channels, showing EPL, will only be on 7W and 26E (Not on 13E)
Nothing has been mentioned about 3E though. (fingers crossed)

But surely 3.0e does not have any of the al jazeera HD channels on it at the moment (not even the 2 current HD channels) so i wouldn't imagine they will

Note that some channels are repeated on more than one transponder on Nilesat.
Also it's available on Badr-4/5/6 @ 26° East.

Like 7w, Badr -5&6 are not an option for most people in the UK or Ireland.

You should get all of Atlantic Bird 7 on 7.3° west as well as most of Nilesat 102 transponders on a 1.2m in the UK the only ones i dont get are 6-10 which are on the 201 satellite

If your sure i should pick up 7.3 west with a 1.2mtr dish i will have another looks at this sat at the moment all i get no signal found

I can only go off my own setup with a Gibertini 1.2m and literally 100's i have installed in the NW UK, I did one yesterday on a Triax TD110 and that pulled in 7° west no problem obviously the rain fade margin is better the bigger the dish you go. Smallest i have had 7° west on is a TD88

I can pick up Eutelsat 7 West A, but nothing on either of the Nilesats. (1m dish N. England)

nilesa have not coverage in england maybe you can get with w3 or arabsat
