if it's the first dish and never done it or saw it de, best te let it done by an installer, so you're sure of perfect angle/alignment/fixation, so agree with @peremacedonia.
Once the dish installed properly, one can start playing with it (scan, sorting channels, cccam, ...), without having to worry about the dish install itself.
