Re: Is it end of 3D technology in tv?

If the majority of the channels remains in SD it will take a long time to think in 3D channels in large scale. In the mean time other technology will born and 3D will be forgetful.

    regards

Fun watching football in 3d, even with 2d to 3d is fun, you can ''see'' the ball where is in the field much better. they just have to improve the 3d technology and made them work with out glasses.

          it's all about people's demand

when they will see or they will not see demand from consumers that rules the future of 3d.

till today content 3d on sat is not premium quality so people had litlle interest.

anyway personally i would opt for uhdtv evolution

Never watched 3D but, in any case, if BBC has taken it's choice in that way I have no doubts about this matter.
BBC has written the story of tv and every move BBC takes ... will write the story again ...

It will all improve when the first graphine screens roll out, plasma, lcd, and, led will just die the screens are already in development.
In the next 20 years this product will revolutionise everything that is produced and it is british.

Generaly all around europe satelite broadcasting groups are stoping the transamision of 3D channels, in my opinion everybody wish full HD channels and not 3D.

The masters in 3D was absolutely brilliant, the footy and Wimbledon are excellent too. I wear the passive glasses and have never had a headache using them. In fact sometimes I forget I have them on and answer the door looking like a very poor Elvis impersonator!!

I think they should produce cheap 3D monitor with large screen sizes min 24" to like 36" etc.

3D is best viewed on larger screen and I think you need a least 50".
Smaller screens can't give normal 3D, as it intended to be an immersive viewing experience, not a "looking through a small window" experience.
