    hi tech1010

sorry, can't check (India is a bit far from here ...) - did you check on eg satbeams about the footprint of the new 13d? Ok, is theoretically, but if you don't get an answer of someone who can test, it can already give you an idea of the reception and needed dish size.

According to the official footprint _http://www.eutelsat.com/en/satellites/the-fleet/EUTELSAT-HB13D-downlink-coverage.html only a big dish in the north of India should catch HB 13D.

First check the coverage of the satellite in question. Most likely you are in a zone of light, you have to use the 2-meter diameter parabolic

Actually you should first check this on some satmap sites and then you would as already said actually need to use a bigger dish.

It's very difficult to receive it in India ..... especially in the south.... because you almost in the edge of the beem.

You will need a bigger dish and you will receive a few frequencies.
