Diseqc 1.0 and diseqc 1.2 at the same time

I have two dishes with four LNB's connected to a diseqc 1.0 4x1, in the coming days wanted to install a third dish with a diseqc 1.2 motor.

I've read that I can connect two diseqc 1.0 to a receiver using a "diseqc 22KHz switch" but it will also work with a diseqc 1.0 and a 1.2 at the same time?

My receiver is a Golden Spark Media Reloaded...

I have connected 3 dishes to a 4 output DISeqc switch. All are working perfectly. I have cascaded them through the cascade function. One of the dish is motorised.

I would use the first version you mention, if I were you. I have already used my dish with diseqc 1.2 but there were several weaknesses such as storing satellite positions.

I did try using several times 2 disecqs but i had a bad experience.
It worked most of times , but sometimes i had to unplug all LNB cables for get it work again.
I was using a FTE IRD420 with the use of burst in the LNB Switchs Menu of this STB.

          Hi mate

I suggest you dont using a diseqc 22KHz switch because I know people having many problems.
You can try a 8x1 Centauri DiSEqC Switch if your receiver supports GOTO protocol DiSEqC v1.2.
It's a very good Switch at a very good price ( 25 euros).

You wont have any problems as long as you connect the Dish with the Diseqc motor up to the switch after the Motor connection as Diseqc switches are not designed to tke the 350ma current through them just 150ma for toneburst operation
