    RDP radio's on Hispasat

    Hi guys,
I try and try and always try , but can't get the RDP radios on Hispasat under the frequency bellow
    12700.00 V 69 8PSK 1483 3/4

Maybe the S/R is so Low that my STB can't pick it , or the signal is very low, or it's a not a regular norm ... don't know.
Does anyone have more information about the reception of these radios on Hispasat ?

    Thank's

    Hello cgac99!

I have just pointed my dish (100 cm) on Hispasat and for me, those radios are working. Maybe you should try with a bigger dish.

    Best regards,
    bakfitty

      cgac99. Try 27000 V 01483 DVB-S QPSK (not 8PSK)

        Re: RDP radio's on Hispasat

Thank you guys, i have a 85cm dish but seem not to get these signals near Paris.
I have all other signals from Hispasat, i even had mediapark signals before and they were weaker than the others.

I did try QPSK, DVB , DVB-s2... no signal on 12700

What db's you have on this frequency ? and on RTP1 ( meo )
And is it lower or as high as other frequecys of Hispasat ?

        About me i have 13.1DB on RTP1 ( MEO )

        Just after there is 12706 V SR 2222 , i have it with 5db , so it's a frequency really close to 12700 V ...must be a reason for don't get it.

          For me - RTP1 - 12012 / 30000 / 3/4 - SNR 10.21 dB
          RDP radios - SNR - 0 , 12706 V SR 2222 - 4 dB.
For my location Hispasat 1D is 44dB - my dish is 110 cm.
The signal is too weak in this TP.

On most of the other transponders on that bird I get S75 and Q98 but on 27000V I only get S60 and Q32 here in the North of England on 1m dish.

Thank's for the information i will try to adjust a bit the LNB and play with elevation , i guess i'am on the limit for get those signals on 12700 and just need a little adjustement.

Sucan , i see you have 10.20Db on RTP, but , can you get the radios on 12700.00 V 8PSK or QPSK SR 1483 FEC 3/4 ?
If you receive it, i'll be sure that it is just a problem of my dish allignement.

Sataday : What is the size of your dish please ?

                cgac99. Although k of s show that transponder as 8PSK, it isn't. It's DVB-S QPSK.
I have a 1 metre dish (as mentioned in last post)

No my friend , on 12700 V ( both 8PSK and QPSK ) my SNR is 0 , so I can not get any radios on this TP. Tried again yesterday with fine dish and LNB tuning without any results. As I understand the signal on this TP is too weak.
