CCcam & linux setup.

    Hello,

    I'm new to cardsharing, but with DVB-S FTA, and Linux knowledge.

    I've connected to CCcam (telnet localhost 16000 -> providers);

    I'm trying to access caid 963. (is the blank column significant?)

    My syslog gives me the following, could someone with any idea please debug the following for me?

    Re: CCcam & linux setup.

    I thought I'd post a reply to my own question, as I figured it out. Hopefully this will be of use to others and maybe catch the eye of a satlover admin so I might get a cline on server 2!!

    Anyway the blank column in the output of telnet localhost 16000 -> providers was of no significance, the output of shares is more relavent.

    I was connecting to my CCcam instance from the same phyiscal machine, but via a tcp connection, so I was effectively '1 hop' away from my CCcam server. 'Max hops down' was 0 on the caid, so I never got offered the shares, even though in reality it's the same server.

    Anyway, I hope this posr helps someone out in the future!! Any chance of a c line on server 2, or am I still 99 useful posts away?

    Thanks for a great site & service BTW.

    Rich S.

      No, you won't get access to server 2 with two posts. It's very nice you try to help others, but many other members are active to and won't get acces to server2 with less than 100 usefull posts
