Dm 600 stops video on Tv

Hi all,
I have a strange problem with my box.
I watch regularly Tv channels fta or encrypted for a few time (5-10 min) and then image remains locked. I thought that cam will be' stopped or server freeze. I use oscam rev.8626. Then I have controlled oscam webif and I saw that my user was connected, server was up and running and cam continued to decrypt.
Just turn on another channel and image play regular.
Same problem when I try to record a show: a few time regularly recorded and then image locked.
Any ideas?

Hi mate

If this happens only on encrypted channels, it means that your settings in oscam need fixing. check again your settings because is possible to have something wrong.

If your problem happens both on encrypted and fta channels, then you have an issue with your image and have to reinstall it ,or your box faces a malfunction.

You said you have this problem with fta channels too, right ?
In this case I would go for a fresh install of a new image.

WHen the picture stops, what do the oscam log say, is it still decoding or stoped?

my receiver Openbox, but occasionally there is a problem similar to how ocin, switching on the fta channel, then back, the software version is the latest, I think this problem on the server.

Not clear if the problem happens with fta channels.
In this case, all activities and fixes to softcams are useless !

I would suggest to restart to factory reset and then reinstall the image and setting.

I would check the broadband cable and if using wifi it would be slower, do a speedtest and see if that is the reason why your picture is freezing...

Sometimes just plug off the power during 5min solve a lot of problems.
Then yes, reinstall the latest image avaible after a factory reset, don't forget to backup your channel list.

Check if you have the right parameters for reader config in oscam.server

Hello all,
This is summary:
When image is stopped oscam continue to decrypt;
It happen on no fta channels ( I wrote wrong in post #1);
Fresh install of latest OpenPli made;
Restart to factory reset:???????
Simply turning on another channel solve problem (not in recording of course)
Box is connected to router by powerline.
When image is stopped I can telnet, ftp and http connect to box (no net problems I hope).
Solutions? (Buy a new box is not a good reponse :-)

Could you just try flash with another image to see if it is image problem or setting...

Looks like that softcam can't pass the dcw to CSA subsystem, or CSA is locked.
Try to change softcam, (ccc*am or mgc*amd for example), or try with a different image, as duhoki suggested.
