    Re: which box

    Hi mate

If you want to do a step beyond, go for a dreambox.
    I suggest you a dm800se clone.
It's price is about 200 euro but believe me , worths it's money.

Gigablue ue at around £140 is a good alternative to dreambox, and it's original as well.
But the vu+ solo2 is a great piece of kit and worth the extra money in my opinion.

        hi rodhull8863

perhaps yoyu can find some ideas here (see also my link in post #7): http://www.satlover.eu/forum/satelli...-reciever.html

I'd choose something with good and proven support.

        good luck anyway

          Re: which box

You will get a lot of different boxes suggested to you and the end of the day it depends what you want out of it. You'll have to put a little bit more detailed list up m8 example are you looking for 7 day EPG or some box with a more sensitive tuner.

Your choice may also depend on the bargains you can find ... for instance I paid 150 euro for a Gigablue HD800 SE Combo (shipped).
I would buy it gain, no doubt.

              Re: which box

When considering the support, then obviously DM800
              Vu+ Solo2
              Dream Box 800HD,
              Neotion 3000, Skystar2, PTCL IPTV
              HP LCD W2338h
              Samsung LED 40 C5000
