ppv-films all over europe?

In germany „Django Unchained“ starts at sky.de on 23.05.2013 in combination with dvd-start.

Do the other providers all over europe (or the rest of the world) start this film at the same time in their ppv-channels?

In the u.k. Django unchained is available already through the sly store.
Several movies have actually been released on sly store prior to the dvd release.

OK, it seems they have an international system in starting times in the ppv-channels.

Is it the same for movies and series in the "normal! paytv-channels?
I didn't look for this starting system in the past.

more or less, on the 'normal' pay-tv channels there are similar movies on sly uk-ger-it - sometimes a difference of a few days or weeks for newer movies, but in general lots of movies are on several sly's at +/- the same period.
