    Re: NO/jumping SNR

You might have water ingress in your cable or diseqc, as you say it happened when it was raining. Is everyhting well sealed? Have a look and see if water could have gotten in anywhere.

Can you try another sat and see if signal or not. It sounds like water damage as bokkie say. Clas ohlson have great waranty on their product. So try buy one and test with it, and just return it after test.

Going to try, but now i did buy a better one, waterproof

But, in the settings, shuld it be DiSEqC A/B OR Toneburst A/B, on the old one, I did use Toneburst, and got signals ?

If the prime suspect is diseqc switch, just choose one satellite and bypass the switch with a patch adapter (female/female).
            Erratic behavior should disappear.

Make sure you seal all the connections off to protect from water. self-amalgamating tape is recommended and it's not that expensive.

connect lnb straight to the receiver, chcek if its still jumping, if not diseqc switch is faulty. If yes align your dish. i had diseqc which was fully covered with ice, and there was not problem at all tested same satelilites 5E, 0.8W and 4/5W, brand is emp centauri, for outer usage. so let us know if your new diseqc switch helped

What are the testing conditions now ?

                        Hi mate

Are you sure that your dish is correct aligned?
Because only snr bar is not enouph to open a channel,
you must have signal in agc bar (the quality of signal).
Maybe the rain and the wind cause a moving of your dish.

                          Hi!
I got all channels from Viasat "Sirius", but i only get 8 channels from Int.707/Thor "0,8W". What can be the problem ?

Might want to have a look at your dish alignment.
