Strange problem with channels

I am using a dm500 clone.I have a problem with some chennels.For example i am watching nat geo wild and if i switch to nat geo or animal planet there is no signal.If i switch to a channel of another satellite (to astra from hotbird) and then to nat geo or animal planet everything works fine.This happens to nat geo;animal planet;and jsc sports!Any ideas?

I've had (and still have) similar problems - can be a problem with transponder, another encryption, ... I'm afraid there's nothing really you can do about it - switching to a fta channel should help. Tip: in my channellist and favourits I set a fta-hd channel on channelposition 1. Isn't just a dm500 clone problem.
