What is RASS on radio ?

Hi guys,
On several german radios if you watch your tv screen you will have information just like rds text , and it even scrool in front display , at least on my CT ET 9*** it work like that.

But beyond that, there is also on some radios a stream of data who show many informations in full screen with graphics.
For example , tune in to Radio SWR3 on 19.2 , stay tuned at least 60 seconds, and you will see what i mean.
After some more seconds, there is a mention RASS in the bottom of the screen at left.
What does mean that "rass" ?

RaSS = Radio Screen Show
and is very spectacular

that may be distributed via satellite (DVB-S radio) parallel 
to the digital radio programmes. 
Rass provides the listener of radio programmes with MPEG slides 
giving visual information such as title, interpreter or CD cover, 
that can be displayed on the video screen.

It's a pretty cool function , i hope it will be developed on more radios.
Is there a list of radios who use RaSS ?
Does it work on all E2 receivers ?

If I don't remember bad, Swiss SRG radios use it

I've try sometimes, but i never had Rass on SRG radios, but i have Radio Text with name of programs and songs who scolling in the frontal display of my STB. And it's a nice thing, don't need SHazam for know a song
