I can't test 36° but what does the cccam-webinterface show?
Are there ecm-requests which are not answered in servers?
Are there the requested cards in shares?

Checking K of S site, I dont see any channels on the Russia beam transponders.
There is NTV (Kenya) on the Africa beam, but I can't pick that beam up where I am.

I've just checked FlySat site and they do show that russian package, but pol. R and L, which I can't pick up.
      Very confusing.

to check NTV+ need a Converter with circular polarization(R - L). but what is interesting from the server three channels are, but often freezing, and a server with four recently it has been a dark screen

No m8. They are Ku band transponders, but with circluar polarization.

ecm requests is the response time less than 100 ms, the number of cards around 80. JSC sport look without problems and freezing. can't understand what is the problem with NTV+ Russia.
