Would it make ant difference if i moved my dish to another satellite and any suggestions which would be best so i still get all uk and penthouse?

It should not matter which sat you choose if your dish is tracking properly,
problem is that it seems to be slightly off the arc, can you give some indication of signal strength on some channels you can receive on 23.5
TV Noord is one of the strongest channels on this sat on transponder 11.914 H 27500 DVBS, what is your signal like on this transponder ?

My best channel is ITV HD which is Integrity 90% and Quality 75%. I cant find channel tv noord even after scanning transponder but theres nothing on that transponder at all.

hi leveller.

not sure where your dish is sited, but as mobley3 states, it could be an out of arc problem, many times when i have set-up motors, sometimes arc probs, so slight tweeks needed, elavation/declanation, angles.
i mounted my own dish at ground level, (always best if possible) so ease of adjustments, see image, a job for pleasent weather.

I am totally confused by your post !!! ITV HD is on 28.2. If this is showing when you are supposedly scanning 23.5 then your dish is seriously out of alignment and you need to get this sorted before you can possibly hope to clear these channels.
