Depends what you expect from your stb. 7 day epg, internal hdd, plugins, how many tuners, etc.
A stb can range from £40 to about £1000, so what budget are you looking at?

It sounds you look for a box with cs ond other features?

Dreambox or Vu+ do a good job.
But they do it also on other sats. Is there something special on 28,2°?
Ok, nds, but that's mostly not the problem of the receiver.

As long as your dish is pointing to 28e then any satellite receiver will do but
what it comes down to is what your budget is and what functions do you want
from that reciever. If epg is not important then go for the Skybox F3 cheap and
easy to set up, for 7 day epg go for dreambox or vu but it bit more setting up
required plus cost goes up and final thing that you might need to consider is
twin tuner boxes the expense goes up again.
