When VU+ Duo2 will be available?

Hi, I'm planning to buy vu+ solo2 but just saw the spec of duo2. But from everywhere I looked it seems that noone knows when it'll be available. Just wanted to check maybe someone in here have heard anything. I think solo2 would be enough for me but if I could probably would prefer to invest a bit more in duo2 as more future proof.

as far as i know the company did not give a date for VU+ Duo2.

Yeah, that is what I got so far. Their web only mentions solo2, but this mentions duo2 _http://www2.vuplus.com/products/dou2manu. But I'm guessing better to grab solo2 for now and then wait and see maybe until ultimo2 will be released.

No one is really sure when the Duo2 will be released, but there are murmurings that it'll be announced at Anga Cable in June.
You won't be disappointed if you do go for the Solo2. It's an amazing bit of kit.

Yes solo2 is an amazing receiver (as i read) but if VU+ Duo2 will be very soon available as Kalpikos said this mean that the price for solo2 will drop very fast.

Thanks guys, any idea what could the price tag be? Can't be more expensive than Ultimo.

I'm afraid it will probably be significantly more expensive than the Ultimo.
Remember the Duo2 will have pluggable tuners, meaning it could be a triple or possibly a quad tuner receiver with the twin tuner modules.
My guess is around £450 -£500.

i think this model have more quality of picture than old models
but stiil dont come to market for price but the price will be high probably

Seems like I'll settle for solo2 for now and whenever ultimo2 appear will think on moving to it.

The link doesn't work but I did get there manually. Can't wait to see the price tag and final spec. Now that I've got Solo 2 it feels like that it fits the purpose, Duo 2 would need to bring something incredible to the table to lure me to changeover.
