I would assume so as it is a sat receiver. If it can't then they would lose 95% of their market.
I think it is just a progression from enigma 2.

In the specs says smart card reader and common interface + community can
create add ons, I think xbmc already has support for cams therefore if it has not
        then soon will have.

Satelite marked have really not had any "renew/revolutionary" development when it comes to the software/hardware products. This product really do looks greate also it is linux based which will make it widely supported by many developers arround world. But cant see any info about price?

This box promises. The support is the most important thing. I think the vu+ has plans to do an stb with xbmc too.

The company behind the Prismcube is Marusys, which is vu+ parent company.
So you can expect the same quality that you get from Vu+.

Based on past experience, everything on sat receivers is the support.
If there is support, the receiver is considered to be succesful.
In the marketing world there are many tricks, the manufacturers know how to use them all and one of them is support.
Only time will tell how successful will be

I have XBMC on my HTPC and also have the movie browser plugin on my solo2, which is kind of based on XBMC, but with much less functionality.
XBMC is a polished, easy to use UI. If they succeed in achieving that seamless link between media centre and satellite receiver, it'll be a great piece of kit.
Just hope they improve the aesthetics, as it is a bit plain looking.

here it is two videos of the presentation of the box:

                      _https://www.*******.com/watch?v=Y37XPG5grbo

                      _https://www.*******.com/watch?v=bDVqNCM4MLQ

do you think it will support cams like cccam and oscam?

Now this box looks very interesting.
Look like it can do everything an will get good suport. (Interestingly they've pissed of the folk at xbmc by claiming Official xbmc status without liasing with them )
Their website looks polished but has a few mistakes on it so hopefully they've put all their attention into getting the box right...

I've emailed them about target price but I'm not holding my breath on them getting back to an end-user

I reckon they'll target anga cable in June for more info and pricing.
Don't hold your beeath as it seems the trend is to announce specs many months before release date and pricing info.
As I've stated before, the prism cube is being developed by the parent company of vu+, so I'm pretty sure the support will be there.

Anyone know how much it will cost the tuner? It promises to be really great.

                            Code:
                            CPU PNX8496-1250DMIPS
                            NAND Flash 4Gb
                            DRAM 4Gb * 8bit
                            UI XBMC

Interesting specs and good pedigree as its associated with marusys, but its ugly looking design.

Almost as ugly as my vu+ duo.
