Hi, if you want to create your own satellite list try this
from here : _http://satellites-xml.eu/
Only choose satellite you want to recieve and generate your own file.
After updating list if your problem still persist try to check your cabels, LNB
or diseq switch ( if you are using ).

Have you tried installing the plugin manually?
Also ensure that the plugin is compatible with your stb.

I was just looking for new plugins, that's all but they don't show up as they have done the last time i was looking at them, i get just the installed ones and not the ones which i can install via online too. If they weren't compatible they would not even been in the download section for the box. Or am i wrong?

just to say that I had a similar problem in the past, with my DM800.
Some times "failure tuning" appeared.

Finally i found that the problem was due to the cable to the dish.
I discovered it was damaged.

After substituing it, my problem "failure tuniung" was solved.

sometimes when receiver crash maybe accure fail plugin so its not bad if reinstall again
also once reset factory your system.

Some times "failure tuning" appeared.

I had exactly the same thing. Mainly it's almost all the time a cable/connectic problem(hardware).
For the software part (plugin) ,I had once a channel problem (Hd for example), and a year ago had this message with a image which had so many bugs

Thanks for the replys guys, well so far i have done a factory reset, got the same result i will try those settings when i have time, but i'm pretty sure it could be the cable because after moving it a bit i saw that the picture was getting mosaic-like so i think this is the problem. Thanks for the responses, you really helped me out!

What about your Dish Antenna ? Do you think its properly Aligned ?

Yeah, because it was working now for more than 10 years, without any problem, because it's fixed. So i think it's is the cable but i can look for the dish too, but how can i check if it's properly aligned?
