Yes does sound like it. I haven't got sly bb so I can't check it for you. Having to go through tor is a pita but at least you know you can still get here...

Can you ping satlover.eu? Try to use OpenDNS and see if it is still same. If still nothing try do a flushdns.

This gets stranger from my wife's tablet I can access satlover without any
problem using the same internet connection, I tried switching off firewall and
antivirus but still same result, tried to ping satlover.eu but timed out the only
other thing that has happened that may have caused this is some security
updates from MS, 3 more important updates are available from MS I will install
and see if it fixes the problem.
Because I can access using wife's tablet I no longer think it is sly blocking.

The 2 updates are for .Network frame 4 for win 7 one is secrurity and the other
just update, they seem to install succesfully but when I check again they are
still available for install. I am going to restore my pc to a before the problem
began to see if that works.

Perhaps it's a "light" block, that you can pass using open DNS

I get .Network framework problems all the time, now up to 7 that will not install on my XP desktop setup. Are you using ****** Chrome browswer ? I keep getting problems accessing my email and also ****** home page "Not Available "
showing error 103, sems to be a problem with a file called Expand Exe, not sure if this is the same problem as you are having, I am now using the new Internet Explorer browser and working well.

                Regards Mobley3

The system restore didn't solve the problem, this is really bugging me now not
just satlover but some websites are not displaying correctly either but when I
go to the sites using Tor everything works, I have tried different browsers but
not solved problem, it must be some system setting but I don't know where to
                    look.

Maybe there problem could be in you browser settings or maybe do you have some plugins installed in your browser which could block them or something? Try to use another Browser maybe this could help too.

I had the same problem accessing another forum relating to cardsharing with slybroadband. Problem was solved by changing over to openDNS.

One thing I would say is that it's probably wise to change broadband providers.
It's a bit risky using sly broadband when you are using cs, as they have a vested interest in trying to bring a stop to it.

Solved after doing ipconfig/flushdns checking if network adapter was upto date
non of this worked but thanks to herrr going through opendns solved it and even
when I removed opendns settings to see if it still solved the problem it did.
Therefore whatever the problem was it seemed to be cured by going through the
                              steps to install opendns.
