No video !

Dear All !
I have a SuperMax SM 9900 CA , and I was receiving Nilesat 7W. Currently I can only hear but there are no pictures coming. Someone please help me with instructions on how to go about this problem.

Check your cable first. If you have a spare hdmi cable try that.
What is you signal like?

check all cables are in place, can you see the channels bar on tv or nothing appears and you got only sound. if thats the case then its a wire problem. a restart would also be a good idea every time you got a fault.

Perhaps you should first start with signal strength and snr.

Low snr means the problem is outside your receiver (dish, lnb, cable...).

If you have good signal, check the setup of the receiver like described from the others above.

the second to check the decoder tries to press the menu osd and see if you appear in the video, if you do not nothing appears in the video is a problem connecting cable.
but if the menu osd appears you do restart the decoder, try to do a reset
