in u r country ******* has been banned by the telecom authority so it will never be played on u r srt2015 plus

IF you have a cloes source box, then only the company can implement the ******* function. If you have linux box(open source) like dreambox, then you can install ******* as a plugin. So it is diffrence from receiver to receiver.

If in your country telecom authority banned *******, you can't play it also on PC, can you? In this case you could try with a proxy on pc

no as far as i know, they is a way to avoid country blocks with satellite internet from another country provider but can say ifs its worth the money.

Can you try to see if your router might support proxy. Or you can try to setup proxy on your computer and then share your pc internet to your receiver, by 2x LAN card, or pc on wireless an receiver use cabLe in to your pc LAN card.
