hi all im new to the sat scene ive got a skybox m3 with gift (works perfect except at weekends very glitchy) ive been trying to enter free sat clines off server 3 but it wont let me i enter it perfectly and it always goes back to the user line as if ive entered it in wrong would really like to sort this before i purchase satlover premium server

there was another thread on the exact same problem but it was closed without a solution

Try doing it by usb. Also might need to try a few different lines, one at a time, as server 3 gets very busy.

carnt do it by usb mate as i dont have the details for my gift got it plug and play but my idea is to go motorised with satlover prem server and skybox m3 upstairs but want to make sure i can get it working before i subscribe but its having none of it i entered a fair few yesterday just after they was put online

SkyBox F/M3/X3 OpenBox S9 S10 S11 S12 S16 Etc tutorial cccam install/setup





Here is the basic tutorial of how to install/insert the C Line (Cccam.cfg) MANUALLY (without USB or PC )

1- Turn on your openbox/skybox go to network under the network go to network setup make sure the DHCP is on and click apply.
2 - under the network menu you will also see Cccam client setup go there and click ok, then go to manage config file if you are not using a usb dongle/ then go to Cccam.cfg and click Ok on the Cccam.cfg.
3 If you get a password then try 0000 normally its without a password. once you inside the Cccam.cfg you will see the c line you had before or blank if it a new box. delete all by lcikcing red or delete only the line you want by clicking Yellow.

4- I assume its blank if your openbox/skybox is new. now time to insert the C line. click Blue to add, you will be presented with different options.

Protocol= Cccam
Host = myhostname.dyndns.info
Port = 12000
Usename = myusername
Password = mypassword
leave the rest as it is.
click Yellow (OK)

5- Click Ok on the line to activate it or (Green) once is ticked press exit to save and reboot your box.
If you done everything correct your line should be online instead of offline or no active on the Cccam.cfg.
if its online then enjoy your channels if its offline check with your c line provider or check if you missed something or miss spell.
finally check if you are getting internet by going to network setup and select DHCP ON and apply.

Q 1 my line keeps says login/offline
A 1 try another channels or ask your c line provider whats happening I think this is something to do with your line therefore your internet is connected.
Q2 My box keep says offline.
A2 check your internet or the c line must be incorrect/deactive.

Q3 Cant see cccam Client setup at all do i need to install Cccam?
A3- No i don't think so, Some newer skybox/openbox with the latest firmware Cccam or other cams are hidden, press 6666 on the network menu and not network setup ( just on the main network menu before highlighting the network setup.
it should appear there or inside Cams.

You must reboot your box after you insert the c line for the first time.

You can also go to Menu, Tools and on the right hand side go to "Dump by USB" When you enter there change to Misc file down to select then choose cfg and save your gift to usb stick. If possible work with 2 sticks if not then put your cfg on your computer put your new cfg on your stick back into Menu, Tools "Upgrade by usb" You should now have your cfg on your box reboot andcheck its online. By the way same proceedure to put your gift back on. Good Luck

i dont know if i want to be playing around with the gift as ive got 11 month left on it would of just been nice to go motorised with sat lover prem server will leave as is for now incase i break it thanks anyway gelboy

There is a lan tool available for the M3 which makes it easy to do back up of
your settings but I am not sure if your gift line is protected against it or if it is
possible to protect it.

im gonna try what toby said gonna turn off my gift while entering a few free one later see if i can get it 2 accept the cline by remote

Just a reminder not to try more than one Satlover line at a time or it won't work and you'll get banned.

(Easy to do if you're trying a few lines to see if one works).

not sure what you mean here

satlover will ban you if you use more than 1 cline (= active/connected) of the same server at the same time. If you mean something else, please be a bit more specific and give some more info.

im getting to input the cline in but it not letting me press ok it just goes back to user like im inputting it wrong but im not ive tried several like that so if i understand properly i carnt be banned as i carnt get them active

When a cline isn't active/connected, you have no connection to the server, so no ECM-times, no banning. I suppose you try with the remote control (make sure you also enter the underscore '_' right!) - did you try it on another way (as suggested in this thread + in the one you refer to?)?

i saw it again in another post you had "(make sure you also enter the underscore '_' right!)" sorry but my English are poor and so its my knowledge on cardsharing. i didn't get it...

i might just bite the bullet leave the skybox as is and go motorised


gonna try de activating my gift later and try entering a few see if it helps

just tried a few new clines from today still the same problem
