first of all what do you expect when you buy a clonebox
second have you tried to use the advanced options

is never a lack of tension, is always weak signals, or lack of amplification, derived from a long installation of aerial cable.

its better distination to earth be about 20cm and if you cover with plastic for prevent of water and sunlight and changing temprature it help to better activity
