Just a quick answer required about channels (UK sly user)

Does watching something like sly Movies need exactly the same codes or encryption as watching another ppv channel something like Channel 5 HD for instance , in other words are some channels more likely to freeze than others.
Lets say the football match of the century on sports channel v Cartoon Network as another example. Also if on a full package would some countries be worse than others when changing satellites

Yes they are ,to explain in simple terms say your watching a conax package ch the encryption rate of change is slow ,so the time for you to get the encryption update from the server does'nt matter as much as it may change say every 3 secs ,but say your watching videoguard it changes much more often ,so for your receiver to keep up with the changes the data needs to come thru quickly to your box ,so watching NDS you need much lower ecm times than watching say the Thor conax channels.

If your paying you want a serrver with as low ecm's as possible ,on a free server with much higher ecm times then you want to be on 23.5E or 1w sats like them.

Otherwise it would depend on what receiver your using also if it has latest image/patch if your having problems on the same package with certain HD channels ,some channels may no longer work as provider moved them or changed pid's etc ,so sometimes you ned to delete some and redownload them again .

Also some receivers go out of date with no more support patches so thru time they start to clear less channels ,there seems to be an explosion of quick money making guys selling spiderboxes/eagleboxes in work places its starting to go a bit viral ,but who is going to maintain the boxes for all these people who are clueless buying the boxes from them .
