Internet upgrade please help

hi just upgraded my internet and cant get my clines to work on spiderbox can anybody help ?

When you say you upgraded internet do you mean changed provider?
Are you using WiFi?
Are you sure box is connecting to your network?
You need to provide a little bit more information.

Have you changed your router and if its to a netgear you will need manually assign your ip address on the netgear for a spiderbox to work

Are you using a firewall or a proxy server which blocks your connection? Then you have to do a bit modification in your config.

If its a static IP then you may need to get in touch with the server owner. for dynamic IP I wouldn't worry too much. But in any case contact your server provider, they might need some more information.

Test to see if your Spiderbox is receiving the internet try downloading EPG Data is your network set to Auto??

do you mean cline worked before the upgrade? Is it another or a new router? Check if the router has latest soft, and if so try by even re-installing it. Do you get an IP-address (check if your connection box->router->internet is ok).

Without further information we cant really help you,the only thing i can think of in the mean time is to check in network that your ip address is set to auto.
