I am not sure but there was some issue with Gogoli1's program and it was removed.
If you are using clines from here, it only takes one or two goes to get a working line, but remember only one line at a time.

People reported bugs in the program and it became controvercial so the owner removed it from the website and the link doesn't work anymore.
To be honest you dont need a c line tester at all. Try to upload many lines at once via USB which is an easy and efficient way. Activate lines one by one when you find an active line then delete the rest. BUT activate only 1 line at a time from satlover's server.
