Help! Power supply needed for my Azbox Me.
I sent my faulty Azbox Me to the suppier(HD Satshop e.i in Cologne, Germany) for repairs. After two months and several promises, the machine was returned without the power supply. Having waited patiently with promises that it had been posted, but never came, they are now denying that they received it. Even though I have offered to pay for it, I am told that they don't have it. I have searched all over the internet without reply. I live in France but we don't have any suppliers. I have called Opensat in Portugal but no one picks the phone. I should be grateful if any one can help me.

You may need to start having a look on fleabay. If that doesn't work thencontact the Chinese. They would definitely have one. There is a famous website in the Uk for such kind of stuff called Ali Express or Alibaba. DHgate is another one where you can contact chinese makers and buy stuff. Please do your home work and use them at your own risk!!

Kwabena try to use another phone so they can't see that its you there call them
they probably not pick up the phone cos they can see the number you call from

I just had a search on ****** then changed it to shopping and I found two Kwabena good luck.

You can follow the other members and search the internet or You can have a drive to cologne if you are not far from the German border. You could just ask them face to face what was happening. I always thought that German sellers were the best with good customer service.

It is not always right to judge traders by the the country they operate in I personally have bought things from China without any problems, although you may get some consumer rights in Europe it is still hard to enforce them long distance.

There will be good and bad traders in any country the best thing to do is research and look for ratings or review of the trader before buying, especially look for after sales ratings.

Sad to hear that you have problems with Satshop. I never had problems with them.

Well, we should all keep in mind that the warranty is always better when you can actually talk with someone in front of you and not miles away

Just my 2 cents.

If you paid by credit card or paypal could you not make a claim as the item is still under warranty?
