HELP! Green Key CT Panel don't work anymore

Hi,
I have a ET9000 and when i want to go to CT PANEL, the receiver shows the green message due to a error and will restart in 10 seconds.

usualy , if i push the green key, i enter directly on CT Panel , but now it makes the receiver make a restart.
I even did switch off the receiver and wait 10min, but the problem still there.

No recent activity , unless updating OpenPli and i use classic Skin, last update 11-08 , and since 11-08 till today 18h , it was all working fine, now , each time i'am looking a channel and push green key, it make restart the receiver.

What can i do please ?

Dont have this receiver, but did you install any plugins or something recently which could have corrupted the image.
If you did, could ftp into the box and delete the plugin.

Otherwise you can always reflash the image on the box ?

An update have been made, but it was days ago, and all was fine.
I was on a chanel, and used the green key just 5mins ago. I go to another channel , no more action on Green key while watching a channel.
Strange, very strange !

I did backup my channel list and i find a site with the image i had before.
Just have to reconfigurate send the channel list with dreamset , reconfigure the tuner , cccam, , RGB , Lava and some other little things but at last, the green key does work now.

This time i will remember to make a backup for avoid a future problem.
