    Re: 3D content?

You would need to be careful chosing the TV with glasses. Go for active glasses as they are more powerful and gives you a good picture depth so you would feel like you are just watching out through your window. Active glasses run on a disc battery. Better to buy glasses seperately because the ones come with TVs are really clumsy, heavy and ugly looking because they are free

You can only use the type designated for the make of TV so you cant use Panasonic on a samsung, although there are universal ones available but at a higher price than what you would pay normally

They are not as high priced as they where when they first appeared a couple of years ago, i am on my 3rd 3D tv now and my first samsung Glasses retailed at over £80 each then tried passive with an LG great because glasses are pence rather than pounds plus you can use the Real3D cinema ones on passive but LCD is not great for sport.

Now on my 3rd and back to samsung and glasses have gone from infared type at £80 to bluetooth at £20 so pretty reasonable now, Look at the price a family of four on the new type for a price of one on the old type

All the new samsung models now are bluetooth as the infared earlier ones had a habit of disconnecting halfway through a movie, So they are all now bluetooth and have dropped significantly in price since release
