Venton Unibox HD1 costs 239€ and had much more hardware. Btw, Gigablue as a good support from different teams.

Some people turn their box off at the wall when it is not in use. If done daily or more frequent then I can see why they would mention the boot times.

Why are people moaning over a 2 minute reboot, I think I have rebooted my DM800 once in 6 months.

Just wish it had the speed of the DM800se as well but sadly not i owned one and for it to boot from a restart takes well over 2 minutes and thats no joke

I will say one thing though, it looks better than the dm800se.
Like the look of the front panel on the gigablue.

Vu Uno, Ultimo or even a DM800se all have better and later chipsets as well as faster processors

a clone would also have to be considered due to price

Is basically equal to the 800SE but it took a new front panel.

And its still running the incredibly slow BCM chipset and processor of the original Gigablue SE, which takes over 2 minutes to boot from deep standby
