No You CAN NOT put a cline in Sky+HD.
You can use it as FTA only on 28.2e

sky box for sky, capable of fta, also £20 white card option for few extra chns, sky box plug an play, buy proper satellite box you wont be disapointed.

Then You need an open source (linux) based Sat Receiver,, Like Dreambox..
Better You Buy an HD Receiver..
like DM800.
And forget all other problem ..

If you think that there is an ethernet port in Sky+HD which will work for c line, thats not right.
Ethernet or the telephone line on Sky+HD box is only for interactive tv or shopping.

No, Can't use cccam on a SKY Receiever, can't use them for other sats either.
You need to look at a satellite receiver like a dreambox or vu+
cheapest option would be an openbox for about £60. Better to get a dreambox or a vu+ receiever though.

some time ago i used my old sony sky box for other sats, by entering frequencies via the other chns option on the remote, but if i remember right you could only enter up to 6 frequencies.

No, You can't just put Sky card in any receiver. You will have to call sky and pair the card with the receiver. They will ask for the card number and the make and model of the receiver and will pair it. By the way how do you get 28.2e in Pakistan. Pakistan is out of the footprint of Sky UK.

Very nice of your friend. Your friend must realise that Sky digiboxes ( Sky+, Sky+HD) can't be used as FTA on other satellites. They can only be used with Sky UK network. Same applies to the sky card. Ask your friend to send you a proper receiver.
Dreamboxes are a bit expensive in the UK. I think you will be able to buy one in Pakistan for almost half of the price of the UK.
Did a little researh for you on the internet and you can buy Dreambox 800HD SE for Rs 30,000 which is less than £200. According to the web search, their price varies between £350 and £450 in the UK.

Best place to get a dm800se is from china. Go to aliexpress, dhgate or yaoxin and you can get a clone dreambox for about £150.
But I still think a vu+ is a better option now. a solo clone is £120 and a duo clone is £180 from china.
No need to use patched images like the on the dreambox, which is where a lot of newbies get stuck.
