I've tried everything you wrote...I didn't called a pro yet, but I think I need to change the motor...Because - it isn't only the dreambox 500 doing this, it's every receiver I put...

I also think new motor will help (as I understand: even after switching channels on the same sat and switching back you have to fine-tune again)

time to call in a pro then edin40, as your problem been going on for a while, at least you have had a go at fixing, as your motor high, let a expert fit new motor.
          good luck.
Do not send me iptv/cline requests,

It was explained by vimmers a few days ago but i will do my explaination as well. Sometime a little mistake makes the motor setting worse.
*You need to put your longitude and lattitude as accurate as you can.
*Using USALS for all the satellites doesnt work very well.
*Fine tune the satellite in DiseqC mode and save the satellite position.
*Save motor setting for that satellite as DiseqC instead of USALS.
Now whenever you go back to that satellite the motor will move in DiseqC mode and will go to the fine tuned position.
              Hope this works.
              Good Luck!

sorry to hear you still having problems edin40, its a tough nut to crack this one.
not many people have installed there own motors, i ve moved mine about 3 times in 2 1/2 years, and fitted one for bruv, when you set the elevation on the motor, then the declination angle on the dish according to your long/lat settings, ive always had to re-adjust the angles as the scales on the dish/motor bracket are a bit of a hit an miss to get exactly first time.
but no doubt this is not revelant to your problem, please keep us informed on this intreasting forthcoming fix.
                take care
