from few weeks I can not open NTV Spor 11.054 42E on BISS keys when showing La Liga matches
are they changing keys or stopping broadcast

do you paste Biss keys In softcam file or In constantcw file

you should have a menu for keys in your box, then perhaps a sub menu just for biss,
when i change in my box i enter manually.
if your box has any support, use a softcam which are usually updated regular.

Hello sasho123, they are in softcam.key file copy them there or as toby69 says update softcam.key with new one.
