Spider Client?

While checking out some of the free newcamb postings, I noticed that when trying to input lines with the Spider remote in client setup, there is no provision for the symbol > in the menu? Does this mean it can only be loaded via usb? Thanks...

U can use the remote control to input keys.

Hi ,
See second post, however if you need extra symbols such as * etc whilst you are in the input mode press the "fav" key this will toggle another set of keys!...

Alass still no joy,could it be the lines I am trying (newcamb)posted at 2.05am are already gone? Or I am either missing something or not putting all or not enough in each collum-->= ? Help!

hi happy camper i think im in the same boat as you can put everything else in no bother but when it comes to the id line tryed lots of differant ways but no joy it trys to connect then disconnects.

just a suggestion, are you entering the port number correctly, eg, 06008, not 60080, think you doing this write thou as you been here sometime now, thought you cracked it a while ago.

Hi Toby yes I thought I had cracked it? C line loading is ok (Ithink?)had some success.Its just newcamb lines each server seems to list them slighly different and I think it is this that throws me.Plus which gaps and icons to include or omit e.g.Port :fred==>fred ..sport.
Pass:fred==>>.com if this makes sense...Cheers.

Hi Rob still no go,Think I will have to put Linux on hold till I cracked this spider.Think i will take up Tiddlywinks or soot juggling got to be easier than this Cheers, frustrated camper...

Enter the nline as a cline change the n of the line to c enter into the config file as normal cline then click on the line in cccam goto the top change from cccam to ncam and your line is entered.

Hi fandm on the spider I change the top of the page to ncam before i start.
