Still no Spider Joy!

Still not been able to connect to one of the 2500 or the hidden box of lines?.
Tried numerous lines in various formats but no joy,must be doing something wrong.any ideas please. I have a Spiderbox9000HD.I have this format showing,
CLIENT SET UP
IP
Port
ID
Password
From the lines what exactly goes where and how much of the line goes in each setting, I must be missing something? Thanks ...

some guys put lines in via usb, so should be no mistake there, if you doing by remote are you pressing apply and save each time you enter one bit at a time, box stores each time you press ok,

IP=================small letters, three cs in cccam? can make mistake.
Port================as you see it eg 12345
ID==================12345678_ABCDEFGH caps, dont 4get bit in middle
Password=============small letters here again.

keep trying, ps you are trying in cccam, not newcamd

IP cccam.satlover.com
Port port number
ID pick a line enter letters and numbers as you see it
Password www.satlover.com press apply a

Hi yes pressing Apply button after each insertion for port, id, etc.In the last part of the line do i need (no) after com Thanks...

can u post a screenshot of your tv once you are in the client setup menu. this might help us more to spot any mistakes.

Hi entering by remote at the moment. Not shure how to do it by usb,I have lo
aded softcam and other updates from Alsat in the past, is it similar?
